PERSONALIZED ITEMS A paper proof of your imprint will be mailed or faxed to you for approval before printing. There is no charge for this service. Your order will be processed upon receipt of your signed approval. Production time is 15 to 20 working days from the date the order is approved.

Custom and rush orders may require additional charges. Prices and shipping charges are subject to change. If there are changes, you will be noti?ed before your order is processed.

SUBSTITUTION, OVERAGE AND SHORTAGE

We will notify you if an item is out-of-stock or temporarily not available. Occasionally our inspectors will ?nd a fabric or printing ?aw when packing your order. If this occurs, a shortage will be noted on your packing slip. Your account will be adjusted. You will not lose your quantity discount. All shirt orders are individually custom printed. Slight variations in shirt and design color may occur.
