PERSONALIZED ITEMS A paper proof of your imprint will be e-mailed or faxed to you for approval before printing. There is no charge for this service. Your order will be processed upon receipt of your signed approval. Production time is 15 to 20 working days from the date the order is approved.

OUR RETURN AND GUARANTEE POLICY Any item, except those personalized, may be returned within three weeks of receipt of the merchandise for a refund, credit or exchange (minus shipping and handling). For your protection, return only prepaid, insured packages.

Custom and rush orders may require additional charges. Prices and shipping charges are subject to change. If there are changes, you will be notified before your order is processed.

SUBSTITUTION, OVERAGE AND SHORTAGE

We will notify you if an item is out-of-stock or temporarily not available. Occasionally our inspectors will find a fabric or printing flaw when packing your order. If this occurs, a shortage will be noted on your packing slip. Your account will be adjusted. You will not lose your quantity discount. All shirt orders are individually custom printed. Slight variations in shirt and design color may occur.

Note: To insure the quality of our custom-printed items, there may be a shortage or overage of 15%. Every effort will be made to ship the exact requested quantity. The invoice will be adjusted accordingly.
